Chef Rithvik Ananthraman was at the helm of pastry and bakery at The Oberoi, Gurgaon and headed The Oberoi Patisserie & Delicatessen, Gurgaon . Now , a consulting pastry chef , inching his way towards creating his own space in the pastry and baking industry, Chef Rithvik started his career with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in 2012, over the years, he has gained accolades and experience with The Oberoi, Group. His key area of expertise is a vibrant range of patisserie products with its roots delved in the fine French techniques created especially for important ministry events, corporate brand and luxury and social events, naturally fermented and specially curated breads based on nutrition.
Pankaj is a Dairy Technologist from NDRI and a certified Supply Chain Management professional from The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMâ€A). Pankaj is a versatile professional with over 25 years of experience in Dairy, Mineral Water Industries and Materials Management.
Pankaj has worked with Oman National Dairy Products as a Vice President, Director Works – Mother Dairy Ice Cream, India and National Mineral Water Co. as a General Manager Pankaj with Chef Rithvik will help Tangelo in strengthening its Nutritional range of Ice creams containing No processed sugar, Lactose Free, Vegan Range High Protein and Probiotics etc.
